At Fragrances Line, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury scent experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused fragrance in its original designer box and protective cellophane to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

  Shipping Your Return

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
